Private Client Paralegal - Career Progression

I'm working with a growing law firm in Oxted that's looking to hire a Private Client Paralegal as part of its continued expansion. One of the big attractions here is the firm's approach to development. They're genuinely focused on progression and, for the right person, there is real scope to work towards qualification in the future. They can point to people within the business who have followed this route already, so it's very much a realistic pathway rather than a vague promise. The role You'll be working closely with experienced Private Client solicitors, supporting them on a broad range of matters including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• LPAs
• Trusts and general private client work

This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted with responsibility and encouraged to build on your existing experience. What they're looking for

• At least 12 months' experience as a Private Client Paralegal (essential)
• A genuine interest in Private Client law
• Someone organised, proactive and keen to progress
• Looking for a long-term role rather than a short-term move
