Private Client Legal Assistant - London

This supportive, collegiate Private Client department is keen to hire an experienced Legal Secretary to be a key part of the team in itsLondon office.

In this role you'll be undertaking a range of secretarial and administrative tasks including:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Diary management
  • Opening & closing files
  • Dealing with client correspondence
  • Document management

The role would suit you if you are a Legal Secretary with:

  • A year or more of experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a law firm
  • An interest in private client work
  • A team focused attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
