At Battens, you'll be part of a dynamic and well-established private client team with a rich mixture of experience, ranging from apprentices and trainees to senior lawyers with decades in practice. What You'll Do- Manage a diverse caseload across the full range of private client matters
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Participate in departmental planning and business development
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm to share insights and best practice
- Support and mentor junior members of the team while maintaining independence in your own work
- Minimum 2 years PQE in private client law
- Strong technical capability across a broad spectrum of private client matters
- A proactive, client focused mindset
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for business development and team collaboration
