The successful candidate will advise a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and elderly clients, across the full spectrum of private client matters. Key Responsibilities- Managing a complex and varied caseload of private client matters
- Advising on wills, estate planning and wealth preservation
- Handling probate and estate administration matters, including high-value estates
- Providing advice on trusts, trust creation and trust administration
- Advising on inheritance tax, succession planning and asset protection
- Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
- A minimum of 7 years' PQE in private client law
