Private Assets Tax Risk & Governance Lead

Schroders is seeking a Private Assets Tax Manager to support the Head of Private Assets Tax in second-line tax oversight across private asset funds and structures. You will review tax positions, contribute to governance papers, and escalate issues as needed.

Working with stakeholders, you will help promote robust tax risk management and ensure tax positions align with the Group Tax Risk Framework and appetite. This is a second-line oversight role with no first-line responsibility.
