This is an interesting and busy role supporting a dynamic and high energy Principal with a very busy life and business involvement. A background in an upbeat and creative industry is preferred, i.e. fashion, high profile, Family Office or UHNW, and used to a high level of expectation and delivery. Very likable principal who rewards high standards, commitment and results.

5 years + at CEO/UHNW level is needed to be considered for this roleand a degree preferred. A CV demonstrating excellent experience supporting a wealthy principal in both a private and business capacity is essential. Excellent EA skills are required for this role. The role is based in the Mayfair office and attending the residence when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a dynamic and high energy Principal in a busy personal and business life.
  • Manage personal and private appointments, invitations and responses.
  • Run a busy personal diary along with a changeable business diary.
  • Notify Family Office EA of any changes regarding the Principal.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes and transcribe.
  • Plan and coordinate events, liaise with PR team.
  • Plan interviews and Zoom calls, ensuring diary on track, cancellations managed.
  • Keep detailed forward planning agenda up to date and implement any changes as soon as possible.
  • Assist with Principal's Foundation and charity work.
  • Liaise with Family Office EA for travel arrangements, private jet, yacht captain.
  • Provide property refurbishment support: supervise in Europe, engage suppliers and designers, fetch comparative quotes and ensure best deal and delivery times.
  • Draft detailed and accurate emails and correspondence, maintaining faultless English.
  • Perform occasional out-of-hours support.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience at CEO/UHNW level (EA skills).
  • Degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting a wealthy principal in both private and business capacity.
  • Excellent EA skills.
  • Strong property refurbishment experience.
  • Excellent communication and English skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle high expectations, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, calm, detail oriented personality.
