FNB Private Banking & Advisory presents a remarkable opportunity to external applicants who are keen to join our Private Banker Academy!

Successful candidates will undergo a 3-6 month training program across all regions in South Africa. This immersive experience will prepare you to excel as a Private Advisor, serving our esteemed Private Banking Advisory Clients. Upon completion, you will join our business permanently, contributing to our talent pipeline pool.

Are you someone who can:

  • Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.
  • Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.
  • Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
  • Assist with profit growth for the business through ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline.
  • Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
  • Have at least 18 months experience within a Sales/Service area in a financial Services environment as a Banker.
  • Hold a relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
  • Possess RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates; COB (Class of Business) would be an advantage.
  • Have a strong background in Banking / Investment / Financial Planning / Wealth Management.
