What You'll Do at Pega:

• Assist theBusiness Officein reviewing and negotiatingclient contractprovisionsrelated toSecurity, Privacy,Cloudand AIservices.
• Partner with theBusinessOffice tosupportrisk-right contracting to meetthe Cloud team's businessobjectives.
• Provideadvice alignedwith the company's global business goals, addressing internationalprivacy,cybersecurityand AIlaws and regulations
• Guideinternal Pegaproduct teams and corporate functionson Privacy by Design, Data Mapping, Privacy Impact Assessments, Marketing reviews, and Security inquiries.
• Demonstratea strongsenseof urgencyand business acumen.

Who You Are:

• A motivated, detail-oriented individual withpersuasive communicationskills andsubstantial experienceinprivacy, AI,and/or cybersecurity.
• You are a fully qualified lawyer withknowledge ofprivacylaw as well as cybersecurity and AI concepts.
• Able to work collaboratively and build relationships with colleagues across teams.
• Comfortable explaining privacy and security concepts to non-specialists.

What You've Accomplished:

• 5+ years of experience in delivering privacy and cybersecurity advice, with recent exposure to AI-related advisory work, within a dynamic fast-paced SAAS/IASS technology company
• Track recordof successfully negotiating privacy and security issues in IASS or SaaS agreements.
• Experiencein crafting and refiningtemplatesand backup legal languagefor sophisticated negotiations involving privacy,cybersecurity,and AI.
• Holds or is makingprogress toward or interest in obtaining IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP)and/or CCSKor CISSPCloud Securitycertificationsfrom ISACAand/orcybersecurityor AIcredentialsfrom otheraccreditationbodies.
