Job Description

The Forward Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Substance Misuse Nurse for HMP Send and Coldingley. You will deliver nurse-led clinical and psychosocial interventions to individuals with substance misuse issues in a prison environment, developing personalised care plans and monitoring treatments.
