Prison Psychiatrist - Lead Clinical Care & MDT Impact

HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join the Mental Health Team at HMP Chelmsford. You will assess and treat adults with complex needs in a secure environment, leading prescribing decisions within an MDT framework.

Based on site, you will influence service development, ensure NICE-guideline concordance, and collaborate with prison staff and partners to deliver compassionate, effective care for a vulnerable population.
