Prison Kitchen Supervisor & Lead Cook

Sodexo Group is seeking a Chef at HMP Altcourse, responsible for supervising and coaching prisoners in the production of over 1200 meals daily. You will ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene, while fostering a positive kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates will have City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ Level 1 and 2 qualifications, and knowledge of health and safety procedures. Benefits include access to on-site gym facilities and a Blue Light card.
