Prison Education & Engagement Coordinator

Serco Limited is seeking an Engagement Coordinator in our Justice and Immigration team to help people in custody access education, skills and work opportunities. You'll be the primary contact for prisoners on your houseblock, delivering tailored support to overcome barriers and encourage meaningful engagement.

You'll build trust, work with multidisciplinary colleagues, and help develop plans that promote rehabilitation and progression.
