Job Title: Printing & Finishing Operator (Direct Mail)

A leading printed communications company is looking to grow its production team to accommodate a significant rise in projects. This is a great time for someone with a demonstrable ability to operate digital printing and finishing machinery to join a company experiencing significant expansion. Working within a quality focused high volume and demanding continuous production environment, you will be exposed to 5S and Lean Principles and will be expected to comply and exhibit behaviours consistent with 5S and Lean.

We are looking for a team player, organised, and results oriented with exceptional work habits. Physical stamina, flexibility in work schedule, and decision making ability are also required. Position requires compliance with all Department policies and safety regulations.

Printing and Finishing Machines You Be Operating Are:

• Polar 115 Guillotine
• Kas Mailmaster card attaching machine
• Security foiling machine

Training will be provided where necessary up to a competent level to the right candidate. The ideal candidate will come from a mailing environment and would have used one or several of the for mentioned machines or similar. You will be flexible in your approach to hours and operations within and have a proactive approach to the work assigned to you and the team.
