ð Your Role As a Printer Specialist, you will lead advanced testing activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to product improvements in close collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.
ð ïž Key Responsibilities
- Run advanced print procedures and optimize testing procedures.
- Diagnose complex issues, report them using the DevOps tracking system, and suggest technical improvements.
- Analyze test data (root cause, trends, statistical analysis).
- Train and support junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, laboratory rules, and company health & safety standards.
- 4+ years in industrial printing.
- Degree in printing technology or a technical field (automation, mechanics, electronics), or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of printing subsystems (hardware, fluidics, firmware).
- Familiarity with pre-press tools (RIP setup, job workflows).
- Understanding of colorimetry and measurement tools.
- Experience with finishing (die-cutting), embellishment (coating, lamination), or multilayer processes.
- Skilled in diagnostics and data analysis.
- Technically autonomous and proactive.
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven.
- Analytical, structured, and customer-focused.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
- Collaborative team player with clear communication.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
