Printed Packaging QA Manager - Midlands - £30-40k basic + benefits

Qualifications:

• Extensive and proven knowledge of managing ISO 9001, BRC/IOP Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Material, FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody management systems.
• Proven managerial experience with leadership skills, able to get the best out of and motivate team members and work well as part of a team.
• Self starter, highly self motivated, able to work pro actively, unsupervised and on own initiative.
• Knowledge of cartons manufacturing processes and relevant legislative requirements.
• Trained auditor, preferably Lead Auditor level.
• Analytical with proven knowledge and use of Quality Management techniques including problem solving, continuous improvement and statistical analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels of ability, and from different cultures & backgrounds.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with proven efficiency and ability to plan work schedules and stick to deadlines.
• Flexible, able to adapt to and promote change.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Law, Regulations and Procedures.
• Full driving licence.
