Salary: Circa £50k pa plus commission and car.

Unlike many sales positions in print there is no need to bring turnover; this client is looking to appoint someone based on their ability to manage a sales team, rather than their little black book.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the strategic sales plan to expand the client's customer base and ensure a strong presence.
• Build and actively manage a sales team, focusing on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching, monitoring performance and driving them to exceed sales goals.
• Manage the sales process from planning to close, influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong business sense and proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Dynamic, energetic and passionate about the work you do, eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and improve company turnover.
• Experience as a senior sales representative in the printing sector.
• Resident in the UK with recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
