Responsibilities

This role is all about forging trusting relationships. The Sales Director will have the capacity to forge lasting relationships with clients and develop the same skills within the sales team. Close, trusting relationships must also be formed and maintained with those under your charge, facilitating open communication. This senior sales role is not only about bringing turnover; the company needs management expertise to get the best out of the sales team.

The Sales Director's responsibilities include accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace. These strategies must keep the company competitive and innovative and overall aim to maximise company profit.

Qualifications & Expectations
