Position Overview

Salary: up to £55k per annum (depending on experience)

A highly successful printing company is looking for an outstanding production manager to lead them through an exceptional period of growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, drive productivity and improvements in production processes.
• Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work.
• Control, organise and monitor the flow of materials, ensuring the highest quality product is produced on time and on budget.
• Operate digital presses and manage the team.
• Take the initiative, make confident decisions and adopt an accurate and methodological approach to all projects.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and prioritise work.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands on and task orientated with experience operating digital presses.
• Strong decision making and organisational abilities.
• Methodical approach to project management.
