Print Finisher - West Midlands - £Depending on Experience

Due to investment and company growth, a leading print and mailing company is looking for an experienced Finisher who has experience with standard finishing equipment including Polar Guillotines, MBO Folders and Duplo Booklet Makers & Criers. Knowledge of the direct mail industry would be advantageous.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Work to strict quality procedures
• Understand and work to target-driven Key Performance Indicators
• Liaise with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process
• Use own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department
• Take a proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance efficiency within the department

Skills Required

• Folding, guillotining, booklet making, creasing
• Experience in mail fulfilment and postal services desirable
• Computer literate
