A well established business that uses leading lithographic and digital technology is looking for an experienced Finisher to join its team of print experts. Their high tech equipment runs 24 hours a day, allowing the team to achieve the most urgent deadlines when required to consistently meet the needs of clients.
Responsibilities- Working to strict quality procedures
- Understanding and working to target driven Key Performance Indicators
- Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process
- Using own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department
- Taking a proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance the efficiency within the department
Candidates applying for this role must have strong communication skills - an ability to liaise with and communicate instructions and requirements within the production team to maximum machine efficiency. You must also show great attention to detail - complete work without the need for supervision and to deadlines, striving for highest standards.
