Print Finisher - Continental Night Shifts - Essex - Depending on experience

6pm - 6am, 3 days on, 4 days off + 1 Saturday per month

Our Client is a rapidly growing e-commerce business where you can really add value and make a big impact in their fast-paced working environment. Whether their customers are in need of uniquely designed business cards or eye-catching flyers, they offer a vast range of high-quality products at market-leading prices. As specialists in online printing they are experts at what they do and are looking for talented Print Finishers - specifically with stitching experience.
Responsibilities- Using various finishing machines: Guillotine, Folding, Creasing and perforating, etc. to complete jobs (depending on machine experience)
- Running test sheets to ensure final product is in line with customer requirements
- Reporting ordering or printing issues to shift managers
- Ensuring both quality and speed of work is maintained throughout
- Ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner to meet the dispatch deadline
- Maintaining machines to a high standard ensuring minimum downtime
- Assisting with machine fixes and new parts as needed
- First aid and Fire Marshall training/duties if required
- Any other duties deemed within your skill set
- Experience in print finishing is essential - specifically stitching
- Experience using one or more of the following machines: Guillotine, Muller, MBO Folder, Stitcher, Cylinder, Laminator
- Strong work ethic
