We're looking for a Principal Verification Engineer to shape Arm's next-generation AI/ML hardware!

The role focuses on neural network accelerators used across mobile, automotive, and data centre platforms, with responsibility for verification strategy, environment development, and execution across complex IP.

Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve verification strategy for AI/ML hardware IP
  • Lead verification across unit, subsystem, and system levels
  • Architect scalable environments using SystemVerilog and UVM
  • Collaborate with design teams to improve testability and manage risk
  • Drive execution to meet coverage and quality goals
  • Apply data and analytics to improve debug and coverage closure
  • Mentor engineers and share technical expertise
Required Skills and Experience

  • Background in RTL verification
  • Strong SystemVerilog and UVM knowledge
  • Experience verifying complex IP
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Software fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures)
  • Scripting skills (Python, Perl, or similar)
  • Effective collaboration across teams
Additional Experience (not required)
  • AI/ML hardware
  • C/C++ modelling
  • AMBA protocols
  • Formal verification
  • CI/CD or regression systems
