We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping our Intelligent Dispute Platform (IDP) - a next-generation platform transforming how disputes are managed at global scale. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and a bias for action to solve complex challenges in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of scalable, cloud-native platforms handling high-volume, mission-critical workloads
• Act as a technical authority, guiding architecture and key engineering decisions
• Drive engineering excellence across development, testing, security, and reliability
• Embed strong development lifecycle discipline (PDLC) to ensure quality and delivery at scale
• Apply AI and automation to improve how software is built, tested, and delivered
• Partner across teams to solve complex problems and deliver outcomes quickly
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for technical excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices
• Ability to operate with urgency, make decisions quickly, and adapt to change
• Exceptional problem-solving skills - especially in ambiguous, high-pressure situations
• Experience influencing across teams and driving technical strategy at scale
• Interest or experience in applying AI to software engineering workflows
