Responsibilities

• Hit the ground running with a solid track record of handling major planning applications including major industrial developments and residential schemes of up to 200 homes.
• Be self-sufficient, well-organised, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Manage workload remotely; be confident using IT systems. Experience with Idox Uniform would be a bonus.
• Conduct site visits; access to transport and flexibility to travel within the area is essential.
