Principal Housing Maintenance & Refurbishment Surveyor

Hull City Council is seeking a Principal Housing Surveyor to lead planned and cyclical maintenance and refurbishment across city housing. You will manage a multi-functional team, engage with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all housing legislation.

This role also entails effective budget management and supporting strategic initiatives as part of the Neighbourhoods and Housing Strategy. A competitive salary range of £45,091.00 to £48,226.00 per annum is offered, along with excellent benefits.
