Principal Healthcare Architect - Lead £100m+ Projects

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Healthcare Architect to lead major healthcare projects and manage a range of smaller healthcare schemes. You will coordinate design and construction phases, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships across NHS and private sector opportunities.

The role requires extensive UK healthcare experience, leadership skills, and a strong command of Revit/BIM, building regs and quality standards. Collaboration across disciplines is essential.
