Principal Ecologist: Lead Biodiversity Strategy & Compliance

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking a Principal Ecologist to lead ecological strategy, risk management and compliance across major civil engineering projects. You will provide senior technical expertise to ensure regulatory and client obligations are met while driving biodiversity enhancement across the business.

Degree in Ecology or related field, substantial experience with large-scale impact assessments, protected species licensing and biodiversity net gain is required.
