Principal Ecologist & Team Leader, Nature Services

WSP is seeking a Principal Ecologist to join its Nature Services team in Scotland and Ireland. You will lead a growing team, manage workloads, and guide professional development while delivering a wide range of ecology projects.

You will plan and conduct Phase 1/UKHab surveys, protected species surveys, and prepare EPA reports, tenders and mitigation strategies, collaborating with regulators and clients to achieve outstanding environmental outcomes.
