Principal Designer - Substations & Design Risk Lead

Matchtech is seeking a Principal Designer to lead complex substation projects within the transmission and distribution sector. The role involves coordinating Design Risk Review meetings, maintaining risk registers, and developing essential health and safety files across project stages.

The candidate will embed in the design team, challenge buildability and operability, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to procedural development and training initiatives.
