Principal Consultant - IT Strategy & Transformation - Up to £90,000 (Permanent, Hybrid: London / Client Sites / Remote)
We're hiring a senior Defence IT consultant to lead strategic transformation projects across UK defence. This high-impact role offers leadership, client delivery, and business development responsibilities in secure and mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT strategy and transformation projects across defence clients.
Design secure digital roadmaps and enterprise architectures.
Drive business development through established defence networks.
Mentor junior consultants and ensure project quality.
Deliver insights and present to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in or alongside the UK defence sector.
Proven in IT transformation, architecture, or programme delivery.
Active SC clearance (DV preferred or eligible).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, PRINCE2) preferred.
