Bring your skills as a Principal Civil Engineer. You'll play a vital role in all aspects of civil engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialise in all aspects of civil engineering within multiple sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, Education, and Water. We provide industry-leading civil engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, adding value through client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Derby office.

Your Purpose:

1. Guide a team to undertake technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high quality.
2. Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
3. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and programmes.
4. Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
5. Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.

What you can bring:

1. Chartered Civil Engineer.
2. Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
3. Knowledge of external works design such as utilities, surfaces, earthworks, access, and logistics, with familiarity with UK standards.
4. Proficiency in digital analysis packages like MicroDrainage, InfoWater, Causeway Flow, or InfoWorks.
