About our Principal Role
This is a great opportunity to join Oasis Blakenhale Infant & Junior school as our Principal.
Why you may ask? From a career perspective, you are joining at a great time. This is a "good academy" with excellent behaviour and positive attitudes among students. It's a strong foundation to build upon. The school has large facilities with a range of spaces for use. You will be part of the Oasis family, working with experienced staff dedicated to providing the best opportunities for pupils and communities.
You will be key in the next phase of our journey, aiming for all pupils to excel academically and develop personally, becoming contributing citizens. We have been guided by our interim Principal and now seek a permanent leader.
About Oasis Blakenhale Infant & Junior Academy
You'll join a large academy with great facilities, outdoor space, access to a community hub, and individual iPads for every child. Our Friday timetable includes enrichment activities, clubs, and a variety of engaging opportunities for students.

Recruitment timeline
We aim to appoint the right candidate by January 2026. Early applications are encouraged; the position closes on 1st September. Shortlisting begins on 8th September, with interviews on 18th September.
