Primary Wellbeing & Behaviour Support Officer

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is looking for two Wellbeing Support Officers for Shenstone Lodge School, located on the outskirts of Shenstone village. These roles will support the educational, behavioural, and pastoral needs of primary age students in a supportive environment, ideal for candidates experienced in managing primary student behaviours.

Applicants should be calm under pressure and possess the ability to de-escalate challenging situations. This position requires a consented enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
