Primary Tutor

GSL Education are urgently seeking a qualified Primary Tutor to deliver 1:1 tuition in Goole. We currently have tuition assignments that require experienced primary teachers who can provide targeted academic support.

This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexible work while making a meaningful impact on pupil progress.

About the Tuition

Tuition is delivered on a 1:1 basis either in schools, community settings or in the pupil's home following safeguarding procedures. Pupils may require support to close learning gaps, prepare for SATs or build confidence across core subjects.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored tuition across KS1 or KS2

Plan sessions in line with the national curriculum

Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs

Track and report pupil progress

Build positive and professional relationships

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in a UK primary school

Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

Ability to work independently

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
