Primary Teaching Assistant

General Classroom TA / Teaching Assistant will assist the teacher in class and support children with their work. Positions are temporary with potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Support individual children with their work and learning activities.
• Maintain a calm, patient and caring environment.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment.
• Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.

All supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis. A DBS check and identity verification will be required.
