Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive, calm, and productive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of pupils of varying abilities
• Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress
• Integrate smoothly into different school settings in a supply capacity

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2
• Strong curriculum knowledge
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to supply teaching
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
