Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday

Primary Teacher/ Primary ECT: Candidate Specification

To qualify as a Primary Teacher/ Primary ECT you should:

Hold or fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching primary education in a classroom environment We are seeking a Primary Teacher/ Primary ECT who have graduated with a 2:1 or higher from a top-leading university While prior experience in a primary school setting is preferred, we value candidates who have spent time observing, volunteering, or working in classrooms You are someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and innovative teaching methods to the classroom A deep and enthusiastic understanding of the primary curriculum, with the magical ability to spark curiosity and ignite a love of learning across a wide range of subjects Primary Teacher/ Primary ECT: Job role

As a primary Teacher/ Primary ECT your responsibilities will include:

Permanent, Full-Time Primary Teacher/Primary ECT role beginning in September 2025 Primary Teacher/Primary ECT - paid to scale Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Craft and implement creative and effective lessons that captivate young learners and inspire a love of learning Manage Classroom Behaviour: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to succeed Teach across all stages: A wonderful opportunity to weave your teaching magic across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, offering you a vibrant and ever-evolving experience
