Teaching Personnel is pleased to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Salford, currently seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September.

The RoleAs a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching Year 4 or within Key Stage 2
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Can effectively differentiate learning to meet diverse pupil needs
- Has a secure understanding of the National Curriculum
- Possesses excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- Is confident using technology to enhance learning
