Job Description

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Primary school in Bedworth to join their staff on a long-term basis. This is an Outstanding one form entry school with extremely talented staff, enthusiastic pupils and very supportive parents.

Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to work in a Year 3class who has a good knowledge of the curriculum, can plan and deliver engaging lessons and monitor students' progress. This role will involve full class teaching responsibilities including preparing tasks, planning and marking.

This PrimaryTeacher role is to start in September 2026 and will continue for two terms. The position is full time.

Required Skills and Experience for this Primary Teacher role:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience teaching in KS2
  • Commitment to the role
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Plan and deliver lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class
  • Marking and assessments
  • Raise children's attainment
  • Create a positive learning environment
  • Effectively work alongside teaching assistants
Working for Flourish Education as a Primary Teacher you will receive:
  • £168.80day rate to £232.57day rate which equates to £32,916per annum to £45,352per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This PrimaryTeacher opportunity is located in Bedworth which is easily commutable from areas such as Nuneaton, Coventry and surrounding areas of Warwickshire via car, bus and train. The school has an on-site car park.
