Primary Teacher - Small ClassesA wonderful school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team, teaching small classes of children with special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified primary teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and wants to make a real difference.Previous SEND experience is not essential. The school offers excellent support, mentoring and training to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in a specialist setting.You will teach small classes, allowing you to personalise learning, build strong relationships and focus on each child's individual progress. You will be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants and a collaborative leadership team who prioritise staff development and wellbeing.The Role:

• Teaching a small primary class within a SEND setting
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Creating a structured, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and specialist staff
• Monitoring progress and contributing to individual learning plans

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• A patient, adaptable and positive approach
• A genuine interest in working with children with additional needs
