Induction: Full ECT programme with experienced mentor support
Structure: Two-form entry - collaborative planning with a parallel teacher

The school is seeking a committed and passionate ECT who is ready to inspire and make a real difference in the classroom. The ideal candidate will:
Be completing a PGCE or equivalent with QTS awarded by September 2025
Have strong knowledge of the KS1 or KS2 curriculum
Be confident, reflective, and enthusiastic about developing their teaching practice
Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills
Thrive in a collaborative, supportive school environment
