Primary Supply Teacher

New Directions Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Crewe and Nantwich. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy the variety and flexibility of supply teaching while making a positive impact across different school settings.

We offer a range of day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.

The Role:

• Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
• Providing high-quality teaching across a range of schools
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Adapting quickly to different classroom environments
• Supporting pupils' learning and development
• Providing feedback to school staff where required
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The flexibility to work across a variety of schools
• A proactive and professional approach
• A genuine passion for teaching
• A full driving licence and access to transport (desirable due to the location of schools)
