We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our educational team in the Wirral.

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team working in schools within the Wirral. This is a flexible role, ideal for teachers who want to gain experience in different schools or prefer adaptable working arrangements.

We are urgently recruiting teachers to work in the Wirral area on a supply basis, giving you the flexibility to choose a working pattern that suits you.

Educate are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage students in a meaningful way.

Duties
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and support their individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the curriculum relevant to the age group being taught.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in classroom management and creating inclusive learning environments is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes is an advantage.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (if you don't have one, we can help you apply for a new one through Educate).
