• Job Type: Part-time (5 days a week, 10:30 am - 1:30 pm)

We are seeking a dedicated Lunch Supervisor to join our team in South Norwood. This part-time role offers £13 per hour and involves overseeing the lunchtime activities of students, ensuring a safe and orderly environment during their meal times.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Supervise students in the dining area, ensuring a safe, respectful, and clean environment.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of the dining area before and after lunch.
• Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules and policies.
• Provide assistance to students who may need help during lunchtime.
• Coordinate with school staff to manage any incidents effectively.
• Engage with students to create a positive and enjoyable lunch experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage groups of children and ensure compliance with school policies.
• Patience and excellent observational skills.
• A commitment to creating a positive dining experience for students.
