Pricing Analytics Lead - Growth & Profitability

Barclays is seeking a Lead Pricing Data Analyst within the Data & Analytics team to shape pricing strategy for Barclaycard Payments. You will combine data-driven insights with commercial understanding to support pricing decisions that drive growth, profitability, and customer value.

You will develop and maintain pricing models, analyse customer behaviour and transaction trends, and monitor initiatives for optimisation while ensuring robust governance and clear documentation of methodologies.
