Prestige Service Advisor - Upsell & Customer Experience

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Liverpool to serve as the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department. The ideal candidate will possess experience in an automotive service advisor role, ideally within a prestige dealership.

Responsibilities include checking vehicles in and out, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting additional products and services. The position offers a competitive salary up to £32,500 plus an uncapped annual bonus of £4,800.
