Job Description

Bright Horizons in Chelmsford is seeking a Preschool Room Leader to lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding care and education for early years children. You will mentor staff, ensure safeguarding, and work closely with parents to support each child's developmental milestones.

The role requires a Full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a starting salary of £31,500 per annum. An enhanced DBS check and commitment to Heart values are essential.
