Preschool manager

We are looking for a passionate and confident Preschool Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day running of our brand-new preschool. This exciting role involves managing a small team, ensuring high standards of care and education, and overseeing all nursery operations including admin, parent communication, rotas, funding, and compliance. You will play a key part in preparing the setting for Ofsted registration, implementing policies and procedures, and creating a warm, inspiring environment where children can thrive.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding, and hold a Level 3 qualification or above (Level 5 desirable). Experience in managing or supporting Ofsted inspections is essential.
