Salary: £27,000 (Based on 40 hours)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Working as part of a busy Prepress Team, you will play a key role in preparing customer artwork for production-ensuring every job meets exact specifications and the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and check customer artwork for print production using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
• Set up artwork in line with company specifications and print requirements
• Output files to PostScript and PDF formats across Mac and PC platforms
• Follow company procedures using in-house computerised management systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external Sales Teams
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the prepress process
• Participate in training and development activities
• Carry out any additional duties as required by the role

What We're Looking For

• Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and ICT
• At least 1 years' experience producing graphic design work to meet customer requirements
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Criteria

• Experience working as a Prepress Operator or within the print industry
• Experience in a digital printing environment (large and small format)
• A-Level or third-level qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
