Premium Support Engineer - AI Systems, Dublin

OpenAI is seeking a dedicated Support Engineer in Dublin to collaborate with Premium Support customers, diagnose and resolve high-impact incidents, and drive improvements across OpenAI products and integrations.

You will own complex incidents, coordinate cross-functional responders, and develop runbooks and tooling to reduce future support effort while maintaining strong customer trust and collaboration.
